Since WordStream’s humble beginnings, our goal has been to help you work faster, more easily, and more efficiently. And, of course, to help you find your marketing unicorns – those campaigns that produce exceptional click-through, conversion, and engagement rates – so you can go all in on them.
Whether you’re running paid search or social ads or both, we want to help you optimize your campaigns so you’re getting the calls, leads, visits, and sales you need.
Today I’ve got some exciting news that will help you continue to do all of that. Just better!
We have now fully integrated all your personalized recommendations across platforms – from Google AdWords to Bing to Facebook ads – into a single unified 20-Minute Work Week. This, combined with the new Performance Dashboard, means you can quickly track progress and make optimizations across all your campaigns in one place.
What’s that mean for WordStream customers? Great stuff!
Search + Social Data & Alerts, Together At Last!
Facebook will now appear in tandem with AdWords and Bing on your Dashboard, Work Week, and Manage pages, streamlining your workflow across platforms.
WordStream’s Performance Dashboard will highlight key account metrics (spend, clicks, conversions, cost per click, and cost per acquisition) with insights from your campaigns, whether you’re advertising on Facebook, AdWords, Bing Ads or all three ad platforms.
Check out the new look:
This is awesome because now you’ll be able to see every alert for your search and social campaigns in one 20-Minute Work Week, as well as all of the performance data for your search and social campaigns in one dashboard:
What else is changing?
- Summary metrics will be moved to the unified Performance Dashboard.
- Work Week recommendations will be moved to the unified Work Week.
- The Recent Ads portion will appear in the form of a new Social Manage section.
WordStream Is THE Cross-Platform Advertising Solution
Everything has been building to this moment. When WordStream began, it was all about search keywords. But as we’ve seen in the last few years, many types of marketing are converging.
For advertisers, the question is no longer should you invest in search or social. You need to reach consumers wherever they are – and that means on the search engines and social networks.
Obviously, your customers are using Google and Facebook. You get far more out of search and social advertising when you use them together, so it’s only natural that you’d want to view the key metrics together in one place.
Social media is great for creating demand for your products or services – to reach and target the types of people who are likely to be interested in what you sell, but just don’t know it yet. You can then harvest that demand with search.
People who have seen your Facebook ads are more likely to click on your stuff in paid search – and vice versa. Brand familiarity is HUGE for conversion rate optimization. Also, when people see your paid search ads, you can remarket to them on Facebook.
Now we’ve truly brought search and social together for marketers, making WordStream a uniquely cross-platform advertising solution for SMBs.
